Late additions of Australian Galaxy hops balanced against the sweetness of the malt provide and excellent backdrop for the woody, earthy notes of the style with a subtle citrus kick in the finish. Collaboration with Pensacola’s own Alga Beer Co.

Imperial Stout・10% ABV

Rich and full-bodied imperial stout with layers of chocolate and roasted malt, balanced by a sweet finish and a velvety, heavy mouthfeel. Aged in a Clonakilty Irish whiskey barrel in partnership with Clonakilty Distillery.

Deadset

Imperial Porter・10% ABV

Medium bodied with notes of semisweet chocolate, light roasted coffee, caramel and toffee. Aged in a Eagle Rare Bourbon barrel and brewed in collaboration with Proximity Malts. Bottle only.

Juice

Baltic Porter・8.0% ABV

Notes of caramelized sugar, licorice and dark chocolate mingle that gently fade to dark fruit notes that linger on the palate. Aged in a 1792 Bourbon barrel. Bottle only.

Susie Darlin’

Wheat Wine・8.5% ABV

Floral on the nose, with notes of sweet fruit, berry and hibiscus on the palate with a smooth, semi sweet finish. 2024 Women’s Day Beer infused with a berry and hibiscus tea and aged in a Chardonnay barrel from March 2024.

MCG Var 1

American Barleywine・8.5% ABV

Malt forward with a restrained hop bitterness that gives way to a long finish. Aged in Port barrels since July 1, 2023 and finished with sweet Valencia orange peel, cinnamon and clove.

American Barleywine・8.5% ABV

Malt forward with a restrained hop bitterness that gives way to a long finish. Aged in spiced rum barrels with cinnamon, dark raisins, and vanilla since July 1, 2023.

Double IPA・11.0% ABV

This Double IPA has notes of rich mango, sweet pineapple, earthy hay & vanilla. Aged in Chicken Cock Bourbon barrels in September of 2021. Bottle only.
