Description

This Double IPA has notes of rich mango, sweet pineapple, earthy hay & vanilla. Aged in Chicken Cock Bourbon barrels in September of 2021. Bottle only.

 

BEER FACT

The mangos used in this beer were generously provided from the backyards and houses of our community and friends, truly a community effort. As the wild yeast matures it develops a fruity, over-ripe pineapple flavor and aroma with an earthy, almost hay-like background. Additional yeast and sugar were added at bottling to facilitate a round of secondary fermentation and carbonation in the bottle. For a richer, fruitier experience swirl the bottle to stir up the sediment on the bottom.
