tHE NAME

“Snag” is Aussie slang for sausage, so the name translates to sausage fest or sausage party.

 

BEER FACT

The Marzen style gets its name from the tradition of brewing the beer in march and cold storing (lagering) the beer deep in caves during the summer months so there would be plenty of beer for Autumn celebrations.

  • Malt: Munich Type 2, Vienna, Caramunich II, Carafoam

  • Hops: Liberty and Perle

  • Yeast: W34/70
