Description

Full bodied and bold, this double IPA is rich with tropical fruit aromas mingled with citrus, pineapple, and passion fruit character with a lingering finish.

tHE NAME

Named for a fictitious, predatory version of the koala made up to frighten/mess with tourists.

BEER FACT

Originally intended to be a one-off brew (and a Hazy IPA), Drop Bear very quickly became a favorite and eventually a staple at Bay 13.

The Ingredients

• Malts: Pale Ale Malt, Malted Oats, Dextrin malt, flaked oats and Crystal T50

• Hops: Centennial Extract, Chinook, Citra, Meridian, Lupo-Azacca, Lupo-El Dorado
