Description

Medium bodied with notes of semisweet chocolate, light roasted coffee, caramel and toffee. Aged in a Eagle Rare Bourbon barrel and brewed in collaboration with Proximity Malts.

THE NAME

Some more Aussie Slang coming at you! What do you call someone who is serious about something or when you’re absolutely serious? You’re Deadset (serious), with this beer we were Deadset at brewing something specifically for the Eagle Rare barrel we just received so we designed this recipe to marry and complement the notes of that delicious 10 year aged bourbon. Fortunately, we don’t have to wait 10 years to try this, just a few short days. The Barrel aged version will take around a year though.
