Brewed with local, Florida blueberries this delightfully tart yet easy drinking sour is as thirst quenching as it is thirst inducing.

tHE NAME

The name comes from a popular candy brandy from Australia (Zappo), best known for their line of sour candies called “Fabulicious.”

BEER FACT

The acidity present in this beer comes from the presence of lactic acid, produced form the specific strain of yeast used in the fermentation process. This beer was finished with over 200lbs of Florida Blueberries processed into puree in house by our wonderful kitchen staff.

• Malts: Pale Ale, White Wheat, and Dextrin malts

• Hops: Chinook

• Yeast: Sourvisiae

Pretty variable but generally speaking strongly flavored cheeses and creamy, fruity desserts.
