tHE NAME
The beer is named after the charity “Ales For ALS” which, through partnering with hop farms, offers up yearly hop blend to breweries in exchange for a donation back to the organization.
BEER FACT
Originating from New England (hence why these beers are often referred to New England IPAs or NEIPA; sometimes Juicy IPAs but the internet ruined that) this style of beer is characterized by a persistent cloudy appearance from a combination of malt proteins, yeast (strain dependent), and hop compounds (polyphenols). Their aromas and flavors are characterized by a bright, fruit forward notes like citrus, pineapple mango and stone fruit with very low bitterness with a soft mouthfeel and smooth texture.
