The name comes from a classic cocktail (the Mockingbird), which features watermelon and a touch of salt.

Pronounced “GO-zuh” this style of beer is a German sour ale brewed with wheat, salt and coriander giving it a unique slaty, citrusy, and spicy flavor profile. It’s low abv and light body, along with the acidity (aka the sour part) along with fruit additions make this beer ideal for hot weather.
