Description

Smooth and easy drinking with notes of rich tropical fruit, guava, stonefruit and citrus notes. Brewed in collaboration with our regulars and Charles Faram Hops.

The NAME

The name on this one comes from joking around on several occasions with several of our regulars. Essentially, for some reason we were listening to Apache (Jump On It) by the Sugarhill Gang at the bar (some were even attempting to do the dance) so we settled on brewing a session strength hazy IPA and worked with Charles Faram Hops to write the recipe using 4 of their proprietary hops.

 

BEER FACT

Session beers can vary in alcohol content up to 5% ABV and are typically brewed to keep the drinker from getting too drunk (so you can have more beers over a longer drinking SESSION...Get it?).

The Ingredients

  • Malt: Pilsner, Dextrin, Flaked Oats

  • Hops: Godiva, Jester, Harlequin, Olicana

  • Yeast: Safale S04

The Pairings

Spicy wings, Burgers or BBQ, grilled meats, fish tacos, oily fish like salmon, creamy cheeses.
