BEER FACT

Originating in Italy in 1996, Italian Pilsners differ from German Pilsners by featuring a dry, hopping, typically with noble hops, to impart more floral, herbal and spicy hop characteristics alongside a soft, lightly bready malt profile and a refreshing finish.

  • Malt: Eracela Pilsner and Carafoam

  • Hops: Herkules and Saphir

  • Yeast: W34/70
