Rye Baby

The Basics

Style - Amber Ale

ABV - 4.1%

Description

Malt forward and easy drinking with subtle hints of rye accented by delicately sweet malt notes.

tHE NAME

Referencing the small amount of rye we used when brewing this beer and kind of a tongue in cheek naming as a disproportionate amount of people think they don’t like rye beer (so they’re the baby, get it?!)

BEER FACT

Amber ales, while less popular in recent years (or maybe just Miami) are viewed as a cornerstone of the American Craft Beer movement and traditionally lean more towards a balance between the hop and malt contributions.
