You’re Deadset (serious), with this beer we were Deadset at brewing something specifically for the Eagle Rare barrel we just received so we designed this recipe to marry and complement the notes of that delicious 10 year aged bourbon. Fortunately, we don’t have to wait 10 years to try this, just a few short days. The Barrel aged version will take around a year though.
